Disclosure

As a web developer who enjoys working with progressive political clients, and a blogger who writes about the progressive movement, my professional work and hobby often cross paths. I will try and disclose potential conflicts of interest alongside the relevant blog posts whenever possible, but this is my general disclosure statement.

My company, Lightbulb First Consulting, LLC, has done web development projects for the following clients:

  • techPresident
  • New England Clean Energy Council
  • Physicians for Human Rights
  • OpenLeft

My company also operates a division which works specifically for liberal religious organizations, called Welcoming Websites. In particular, we have done a lot of work for Unitarian Universalist organizations. I've talked about UUs frequently in my religious blog posts. Our projects include work for the following organizations:

  • Unitarian Universalist Service Committee
  • Unitarian Universalist Ministers Association
  • Unitarian Universalist Mass Action Network
  • First Parish in Cambridge, Unitarian Universalist (pro-bono)
  • Universalist Unitarian Church of Riverside
Finally, my wife, who co-owns Lightbulb First and Welcoming Websites, writes a weekly blog post and quarterly print column for UU World, which I have occasionally cited or referenced.  She also is a once-a-week front-pager for Street Prophets, which I link to frequently.
